Biography
Oindrila Das joins the Success Center with a strong background in education and executive functioning coaching. A native Californian, she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy and Economics from New York University and her Master of Arts in Teaching, Dual Certification in General and Special Education, from the Relay Graduate School of Education. Oindrila began her teaching career in Brooklyn, working as a Learning Specialist at Achievement First, and later served as an Executive Functioning and Academic Coach at New Frontiers, providing personalized support to students with diverse learning needs. After leaving the classroom, she furthered her expertise in the tech industry with roles at Meta and a few startups, gaining valuable insights into leveraging digital tools to enhance coaching effectiveness. In addition to her role at the Success Center, Oindrila works at a nonprofit as a STEM Program Manager to expand opportunities for young people. Outside of work, Oindrila enjoys hiking, cooking, and spending time with her rescue pup, Moose.
