Success Center Service Packages

If you have navigated to this page, you are ready to pay for Success Center Service Packages. Please know that to pay for the Success Center service packages, you must have completed a Success Center application and have a scheduled time to meet with a coach. To pay for services, please click the link below that will take you to the payment page. Once there, please click only on the number of packages (not sessions) that you have scheduled with the Success Center team.

Step-by-Step Purchase Instructions

  • Once you have completed the application and have a confirmed time on the Learning Specialist schedule, please complete the payment form below:

    1. Complete the Responsible Payer information

    2. Complete required fields * for the Responsible Payer information

    3. Complete required fields * for refund agreement and student information
      Bay Area Success Center Payment Process Step 03
       
    4. Choose the number of confirmed coaching service packages as well as the payment type
      (Typically 1 package includes all sessions for that package)

    5. If purchasing PEERS workshop training, please click “Yes” and the semester.
      Please do not complete the Coaching section.
