Information and Strategies for Supporting Students
Landmark College’s commitment to educating students with learning disabilities (such as dyslexia), ADHD, autism, or executive function challenges extends to families and caregivers.
The College’s microlearning modules present essential information, strategies, and tools to support students and their families.
What to Expect
Microlearning is a learning modality characterized by small bursts of information 5 to 15 minutes in length that you can apply immediately. Each of our modules contains:
• One learning objective supporting the student’s transition to college
• Essential information on the topic and its relevance to the student’s transition
• An activity or action item to complete with the student and share with learning support staff
• Three to five curated resources for further exploration, including related topics
• A list of references informing the content of the unit
Topics
Topics are curated by members of the Landmark College Institute for Research and Training (LCIRT), LC students and families, alumni, staff, and faculty.
For further instruction in these topics and others, browse postbaccalaureate online course offerings.
