First-year enrollment—for students who have never attended Landmark College in any capacity before—is the beginning of the Landmark College journey, where new students become part of a culture that celebrates unique strengths and fosters personal growth.

H3 First-Year Enrollment: Application Checklist
The following materials are required of first-year applicants to Landmark College:
- A completed Application for Admission.
- $75 application fee, payable to Landmark College.
- An official high school transcript or copy of a standard diploma or GED. Your official transcript should be complete through seven semesters, or the semester most recently completed and include any summer school or college work.
Your official final transcript and proof of high school completion are required prior to enrollment. Homeschooled students should submit supporting documentation of curriculum and certification.
Note: IEP diplomas are rarely accepted. - Diagnosis of a learning disability, ADHD, or autism made or confirmed within last 3 years by a professional. Diagnosis Alternative: If you do not have a diagnosis, or have never been diagnosed with a learning or attention challenge, please submit a response to the following statement: “Please describe your history of academic challenges and identify the support services you have used/received to manage these struggles.”
- Psycho-Educational Testing administered within three years of applying, including:
- Cognitive Testing
A series of standardized tests used to evaluate the cognitive and intellectual abilities of the student. Complete score—including sub-tests—are required to provide a comprehensive understanding of the applicant. Please submit one of the following: - WAIS: Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale
- WISC: Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children
- WJ Cog: Woodcock Johnson Cognitive Scale
- Reading Achievement Testing
This provides a three-dimensional picture of the applicant’s reading abilities, measuring vocabulary development, reading, comprehension, and reading rate. Please submit one of the following: - WIAT: Wechsler Individual Achievement Test
- WJ Achievement: Woodcock Johnson Achievement Test
- Nelson Denny Reading Test
- GORT: Gray Oral Reading Test
- Testing Alternative
If you do not have testing documentation, please submit a response to the following statement: “Please describe your history of academic challenges and identify the support service you have used/received to manage these struggles.” - Letter of recommendation from a teacher who knows you well. You may submit additional recommendations.
- Interview (in person, phone, or virtually)
The following materials are optional inclusions:
- Personal statement (recommended)
- SAT/ACT scores

Application Dates and Deadlines
For all admissions categories, Landmark College follows a rolling admissions process.
Even so, we recommend applicants submit their documentation within the timeframe below to be considered for specific programs, financial aid, housing, and courses. This also will assist students and families in making the necessary timely arrangements prior to the start of classes.
