Shuttle Services & Transportation Options

Airport and bus stations, prescription pick-ups, and off-campus social events—our shuttle service can transport students to these and more.

Shuttle Reservations

On primary arrival and departure days (semester start and end, Thanksgiving Break, and Spring Break) the College offers convenience shuttles as an affordable option to the following airports and train stations outside of Vermont:

All convenience shuttles can be used to get to scheduled train or airplane travel or as or as a pick-up/drop-off location for students who live in the area.

Reservations in advance are required and space is limited, so early planning is highly recommended. Payment will be collected at the time a reservation is made.

Airport Convenience Shuttles:

  • Bradley, Logan, and Springfield shuttles are currently $75.00.

Penn Station Convenience Shuttles:

  • The shuttle to Penn Station in NYC is currently $125.00.

Brattleboro Train Station Shuttles:

There is no charge for the shuttles to the Brattleboro Train station, but reservations are required to ensure a seat.

  • The Amtrak Vermonter originates in Washington DC, and travels through Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Vermont. Stops in Vermont include Brattleboro, Bellows Falls, Windsor, White River Junction, Randolph, Montpelier, Waterbury, Essex Junction, and St. Albans.

  • Greyhound Bus Lines has a terminal in Brattleboro, Vermont. For more information, visit greyhound.com.

TO REGISTER FOR SHUTTLES: Click on the date that is hyperlinked to the reservation form.

Students will be provided with the driver’s name, cell phone number, and meeting location on property 24 hours in advance of arrival at the designated airport/out-of-state train station. Upon driver arrival or flight/train disembarking, students should call the driver and advise which terminal they will be waiting at. The driver will then pick them up.

NOTE: Reservations are not round trip. If you register to leave campus on a shuttle, and you plan to return to campus, you will need a reservation for a return shuttle to campus.
